Both the parties have concluded their arguments. At the end learned counsel for the appellant without prejudice, has suggested on behalf of the appellants that although his clients are not charge-sheeted nor any prosecution complaint is pending against them, however, they are agreeable if the status quo order already passed by this Tribunal on 04.04.2014, may continue till the final judgment passed by the Special Court, and till that time they shall not dispose of the said property directly or indirectly in any manner and only attachments may also continue till such time, if the respondent is agreeable, otherwise final order be passed on merit.
