The appeal mentioned by him has also reason from the same order, therefore, in order to save the time this appeal may also be taken up alongwith the four appeals. There is no objection from the side of the respondent. Registry give the appeal no. FPA-PMLA/3078/PTN/2019 and list this appeal in supplementary cause list. We have already issued the notice in the four appeals for 16^th July, 2019. Issue notice in the above mentioned appeal as well as in the application for same date.

Ld. Counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant is pressing for an interim order in view of the grounds raised in the respective appeal. We have

gone through the grounds of appeal and material placed on record. We here also considered the impugned order passed against the appellant. After hearing, we are of the view that the appeal has made a good prima facie case in his favour and in case the interim order is not passed the appellant will suffer irreparable loss and injury. Till the next date the parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the attached properties. The appellant shall also not dispose of and interfere-with in any manner directly or indirectly till the next date.
