Fresh appeal has been filed under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 13th March, 2019. Issue notice. Reply be filed within four weeks. Learned counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim order. Mr. Faraz, learned counsel for the respondent states that no notice under Section 8(4) has been issued, thereafter at this, there is no need to press any interim order. The respondent, if issued any notice under Section 8(4) to take the possession, copy of the notice be served to the appellant as well as his counsel.
