Fresh appeal has been filed under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the impugned order dated 07th March, 2019. Contention of the appellant is that the appellant is a State Authority and has nothing to do with the alleged crime. Therefore, the appellant is not a necessary and appropriate party to be impleaded in the present case. He states that after having awareness about the said fact, the Adjudicating Authority has come to the conclusion that all the defendants including the appellant has committed the scheduled offence, generated proceeds of crime and laundered them.
