Fresh appeal has been filed under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 11th March, 2019. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the CBI has already filed the final Closure Report which is accepted by the Special Court on 30th April, 2019. Copy of the CBI closure report as well as the acceptance of the report by the Special Court are filed, the same are taken on record.
Issue notice. Reply be filed within four weeks.
List the appeal for final hearing on 15th July, 2019.
In the meanwhile, liberty is granted to the appellant under subsection 2 of Section 21 to apply for copies of all the documents along with the laptop held with the respondent within one week. If such

application is made, the ED shall comply the provisions of sub-section 2 of Section 21 of PMLA one week thereafter.
