The present appeals have been filed under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 26^th March, 2019. Issue notice. Replies be filed by the respondent within four weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellants who may file the rejoinders within four weeks thereafter.

List these appeals for hearing on 15^th July, 2019.

Learned counsel for the appellants is pressing for interim order with regard to the immovable properties which are attached. Counsel for the respondent states that the possession has already been taken and he will disclose the exact details in the reply. On the other hand, learned counsel for the appellant states that the physical possession of the property are still with the appellant.

In view of the two versions of the parties, both parties shall maintain the status quo as of today.

List on 15^th July, 2019.
