Fresh appeal u/s 26 of PMLA has been filed against the order dated 14.2.2019 passed by the Adjudicating Authority.

Issue notice. Reply to be filed by the next date , i.e. 15^th March, 2019. The parties will also file written synopsis. The hearing will be effected from day to day with effect from 15^th March 2019 at 2.30. P.M.

In the present case, notice u/s 8(4) has also been issued. The learned counsel for the appellant is agreeable to provide full details along with the documentary evidence with regard to the attached properties within three days from today with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent, Sh. Rajeev Awasthi. The I.O. in the above said matter will also verify such situation.

Till the next date, status quo shall be maintained by both the parties in view of averment made in the grounds of appeal, however the same is subject to the condition that the appellant shall not dispose off any of the properties including movable /immovable directly or indirectly.
