MP-PMLA-6188/CHN/2019 seeking direction to the respondent to de-seal the property bearing no. Door36/1. Comprised in TS NO. 5729, Block No. 130 and situated at South Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017.

Heard both the parties. It is submitted by the ld. counsel for the appellant that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) desires to inspect certain records as specified in the application and since those documents are in the said sealed premises and since the appeal is pending before this Tribunal so the appellant has approached the tribunal for appropriate direction.

The ld. counsel for the respondent states that let the appellant has to approach the Investigation Officer (I.O)/ED in this regard (for de-sealing the same) and to facilitate the inspection of the same, if any, available in the said premises.

In view of the above, the appellant is directed to approach the I.O. for necessary action and to facilitate the inspection of the documents listed in the letter of Ministry of Corporate Affairs in the presence of officers of MCA, and ED. The appellant shall approach the I.O. within four weeks. I.O. shall extend co-operation in this regard.

Accordingly the application is disposed of.

Order be given dasti to both the parties.
