Fresh appeal has been filed against the order dated 29^th January, 2019. Both the parties have made their submissions. One of the issues raised by the learned counsel for the appellant is that the order has been passed after the period of 280 days which beyond the period of 180 days as stipulated in Section 5(1) of the PML Act. It is argued that the impugned order is null and void. Mr. Rana, seeks two weeks time to file the reply/or to take the instructions.

Re-notify on 18^th March, 2019 for final disposals.

In the meanwhile, the operation of the impugned order shall remain
