The learned counsel for the respondent states that he has filed the reply on 15^th January, 2019 in appeal no. FPA-PMLA-2574/PTN/2018. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks some time to file the rejoinder.

With regard to the other four appeals no. FPA-PMLA-2907, 2908, 2913 & 2914/PTN/2019 respondent seeks some time to file the replies. Four weeks time is given to file the replies and another two weeks to file the rejoinder thereafter.

With regard to the immovable properties the respondent has submitted a chart wherein 13 properties of appellant Shri Dinesh Prasad Gupta proprietor of M/s. Pawapuri Rice Mills & Ors. for which possession has already been taken. With regard to other properties he will check the position and inform the bench on the next date of hearing.
