The above mentioned four appeals were filed against the order dated 10^th September, 2018 and 5^th December, 2018 passed in OA no. 194/2018 and 242/2018. All the parties including Bombay Stock Exchange concluded their arguments.

Gupta, one of the I.O. is present before the court, who agreed to file the copy of the reason to believe recorded in both OAs before seizure of materials along with the order passed if any within the meaning of section 20 and 21 of the Act before filing the application u/s 17(4) of the Act within one week.
