Fresh appeal has been filed under Section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 9^th November, 2018. Alongwith the appeal the application for interim has also been filed. Issue notice. Mr. Neeraj Atri, Advocate accepts the notice. The main contention of the appellant is that no notice has been given for appearance. The said plea has already taken by the appellant in the para 11, 12 and 13 of the appeal. It is also stated by him that Syndicate Bank is the mortgagee of the movable and immovable properties. At this stage it is not pertinent to express any opinion on merit. Let the reply be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder be filed within four weeks thereafter.
