appeals, the appellant has filed the application for condonation of delay. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant. There is a small delay. The same is condoned.
Ms. Shilpi Satyapriya Satyam, learned counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks six weeks time to file the reply. Let the same be done within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.
In the meanwhile, status quo shall be maintained by both the parties with
