Learned counsels for both the parties are present. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent that the appellants were to serve the copies of the appeals paper-book with the concerned Zonal Office/Investigating Officer of the cases so that appropriate replies could be filed to the applications for condonation of delay in the matters. But the same has not yet been served.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the appellants has undertaken to supply the copies of the appeals paper-book and copies of the applications for condonation of delay to the I.O. concerned within two weeks.

The learned counsel for the respondent is seeking four weeks time to file the replies, which is not opposed. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to be served on the other side. No further opportunity would be granted to the respondent to file the reply to the applications for condonation of delay.

List the condonation of delay applications for hearing on 27^th April, 2020.
