The learned counsel for the appellants states that the impugned order is not sustainable in law as the same was passed on 30.07.2018. The prosecution complaint filed after the expiry of 90 days on 16.12.2018 before the Special Court in Mumbai and in the earlier prosecution complaint, the same was not filed against the appellant herein.
