Both the parties have made their submission. In the application for Condonation of Delay in MP-PMLA-4903/MUM/2018, there is a delay of 561 days in filing the appeal. The Counsel for the appellant states that the appeal could not be filed as no notice under Section 8 was received by the appellant from the respondent. Mr. Awasthi is opposing the prayer.
