Fresh appeals have been filed u/s 26 of Prevention of Money

Laundering Act, 2002 against the impugned order dated 11^th June, 2018. FPA-PMLA-2448,2447,2449,2450,2451/CHD/2018 Page 1 of 2

Alongwith the appeal an application for condonation of delay has also been filed. Heard learned counsel for both parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed and delay is condoned. Application for condonation of delay is accordingly disposed of.

Let the reply be filed in the main appeal within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder by the next date of hearing.

The learned counsel for the appellant states that possession of certain properties have been taken on 5^th January, 2019 by the Respondent after serving the notice u/s 8(4) of PMLA.
