The appellant states that lands buildings of M/s. Ashiana Inn Ltd. & Ors. have been mortgaged with the bank. He seeks time to address the arguments on this aspects and will also produce the original documents. Ms. Poonam Singh is appearing on behalf of the borrowers i.e. M/s. Ashiana Inn Ltd. & Ors. has assured to remain present alongwith the owner of the Hotel Shri Avtar Singh on the next date of hearing. The order is passed accordingly.
