Rejoinders have been filed except in Appeal No. FPA-PMLA2446/JL/2018. Counsel for the appellant is making the statement that rejoinder filed in other appeals may be read as in this appeal. Pleadings are complete. As far as the Punjab and Sind Bank is concerned, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank states that the appellant is still following the order placed in favour between the parties and will not auction the property without the permission of this Tribunal or the appeal is allowed in favour of Punjab and Sind Bank. It is stated by him that the auction process was taken due to over-sight of the staff of the Bank.
List all the appeals for hearing on 23rd October, 2019.
The respondent has filed the list of dates and events. The same is taken on record. The Bank is granted four weeks time to file the same.
