The learned counsel for both the parties are present. The reply is not on record. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent that due to change of three I.O’s in the matter the reply could not be prepared and filed inspite of last opportunity granted to the respondent. Shri Gaurav Jain, the present I.O posted two months back and it is stated by him that reply is almost ready and he will be filing the same within four
weeks. Adjournment sought by the respondent is strongly opposed by the FPA-PMLA-2374 & 2413/DLI/2018 Page 1 of 2
appellant however, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity, as a last chance, is granted. The respondent is seeking four weeks time to file the same with an advance copy to be served on the other side who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter. If the reply is not filed within four weeks, the right to file the reply is deemed to have been closed. Parties are allowed to file the written synopsis.
