The ld. counsel for the appellant expresses her inability to place any of the documents or the rejoinder for which time was sought on the last two occasions. Even the vakalatnama is still not placed on record.
The Bench expresses deep anguish at this conduct of the counsel of the appellant. Even after lapse of so much time they are again seeking an adjournment on the ground that they are not able to submit the rejoinder. Their right for submitting a rejoinder is therefore closed.
The stay in this appeal was vacated vide this Tribunal order dated.
