the appeal no. FPA-PMLA-2200/CHN/2018 and submits that he has got vakalatnama in the matter yesterday and he will be filing the same within two weeks. Let the same be filed within two weeks. On 30th July, 2019 it is recorded that the advocate has filed their written submission. On perusal of record, it is seen that the written submission is not on record. The registry is directed to trace the same and placed it on record. In the event the same is not available, the learned counsel appeared for the bank has agreed to provide another copy of the written submission with the registry today. It is stated that the said written submission was filed on 24th April, 2018. Shri T.D. Naidu, the appellant as well as the Respondent ED are allowed four weeks time to file the written submissions.
