The ld. counsel for the appellant states that no prosecution complaint has been filed. Counsel for the respondent states that filing of compliant is not necessary against the appellant. it is also not necessary that the appellant is to be arrayed as an accused in the prosecution complaint.

In the nature of the present proceedings it is appropriate that the I.O. shall remain present on the next date of hearing alongwith the records and all prosecution complaints.
