Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that the appellants are not charge-sheeted under the schedule offence. As far as PMLA complaint is concerned, counsel for the appellants states that no notice has been received by the appellants.
Mr. Atul Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to verify as to whether prosecution complaint under PMLA has been filed against the set of appellants. He seeks two weeks time in this regard.
