The reason to believe were filed by the respondent in view of the order dated 23rd February, 2018. The said envelope was opened and it was found that the seizure memo (inventory of items) are available as well as the reason to believe with regard to third parties. We don’t find any seizure memo (inventory of items) pertaining to the appellant.
In the reason to believe, it is merely mentioned that certain documents are required to search the premises. The name of the appellant is mentioned. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to argue the matter.
