The ld. counsel for the respondent has produced the copy of order dated 12th July, 2019 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad wherein this tribunal has been asked to decide the appeal within six weeks. It was also ordered that no coercive action shall be taken against the appellant and its officials nor they be compelled to hand over the possession of the property in question to respondent nos. 1 & 2.
