The learned counsel for the appellant alongwith the Chief Manager, Sarb Branch, Dehradun are present. On the last date, the appellant was directed to produce the original loan documents. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the original loan documents except the sale deed has been taken by the CBI in the criminal case registered by them. Copy of the seizure memo is with the bank. Written synopsis have not yet been filed. Parties are allowed further four weeks time to file the same to be served on the other side.
