Learned counsels for both the parties are present. The opportunity granted to the appellant since 31.01.2019 was not availed. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that he seeks one more opportunity to deposit the same and to comply with the said order dated 31.01.2019, followed by the orders dated 02.07.2019. The appeal was posted on 04.09.2019 but there was no compliance on the part of appellant. From the above conduct, it is seen that the appellant is not interested in depositing the amount. No purpose would be served by granting further time to the appellant in this regard. Hence, the request for further time is rejected.
