Learned counsel for the appellants has filed the status report of the Writ Petition No.13160/2017 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka. On the last date, the appellants were directed to produce all the orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court but the same are yet to be filed. The Ld. Counsel for the appellants has assured to file the copies of the Writ Petition as well as orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition within four weeks.
