No one appears on behalf of the appellant. Shri Atul Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent is present and it is submitted by him that neither the appellant nor any person authorized by him or any advocate on his behalf appearing since long. So, the appeal may be dismissed for default.
It is seen from the record that notice was also sent to the appellant intimating him about the fixing of the today’s date. The said notice delivered on 07.08.2019. In spite of the said notice, nobody appeared in the mater on behalf of the appellant. From the above conduct of the appellant, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default.
