The learned counsel for the appellant states that the management of the company of M/s. SPS Steels Rolling Mills Ltd. in appeal nos. FPAPMLA-1516/KOL/2016 & FPA-PMLA-1924/KOL/2017 has changed. A copy of the order of the NCLT dated 8.4.2019 was served in the court today as well as on the respondent. They seek to file an application stating whether the present new management is willing to go alongwith the appeal filed earlier as well as the assets and liabilities position. The learned counsel for the respondent asks for some time to seek instructions from the department.
Rejoinders to the earlier applications have to be filed in all the above appeals.
List on 18th September, 2019.
