Learned counsel for the appellant states that the Adjudicating Authority has wrongly confirmed the attachment of five properties owned by the minor. He further states that the said proceeds of money were paid by his mother and not by accused Shri Ravi. It is argued by the appellant that due process has not been followed by the Adjudicating Authority at the time of passing of confirmation order.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed the written synopsis. Mr. Mohd. Faraz, counsel for the respondent seeks sometime to take the instructions with regard to the five properties belonging to the minor.
