Copies have been served to the respondent as well as counsel appearing on behalf of the borrowers. Counsel appearing on behalf of the borrowers states that the loan amount has been paid in installment. On the other hand, the counsel appearing on behalf of the Punjab National Bank states that the loan has already been declared NPA. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the appellant has to pay the entire amount of
