Ms. Aarzoo Aneja, proxy counsel for the main counsel for the appellant is present and requesting for an adjournment on the ground that she has to get certain documents such as receipts from farmers to substantiate her case. The ground of adjournment is strongly opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
As a last chance, the appellant is allowed time not on the ground advanced by her but on the ground that the appellant is suffering from cancer and as such no instructions could be taken. The learned counsel for the appellant is granted time to take instructions from the client by the next date.
