The reply to the appeal has not been filed by the respondent. One more opportunity is granted to Mr. Bisht to file the same within four weeks with an advance copy to the learned Counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.
Shri Bisht states that when the earlier matter was remanded back to the Competent Authority for re-hearing, the prescribed period of time was fixed. However, the Competent Authority was not able to decide within the period which was prescribed by this Tribunal. The respondent had filed the application for extending the said period of time by disposing of the matter. It is to be decided as to whether the time is extendable or not.
