Proxy counsel is appearing for the main counsel for the appellant
submits that the matter has been stayed by Hon’ble High Court of Madras at Chennai. On the aforesaid ground he is seeking and
adjournment.
The ld. counsel for the appellant has produced a copy of order
dated 06.11.2007 passed in W.P. no. 34673/2007 and MP 01/2007 in
which interim stay has been granted. It is also submitted by counsel for FPA-FE-98/DLI/2007, FPA-FE-99/DLI/2007, FPA-FE-100/DLI/2007 and FPA-FE101/DLI/2007 Page 1 of 2
the appellant the matter is still pending before the Hon’ble High Court
and no fresh date has been fixed.
In this circumstance, let both the parties verify the latest position of the matter and file copy of the order, if any, passed in the aforesaid matter.
