Learned counsel for the appellants is present and he has filed a
copy of letter received from ‘R.N. Ghose & Associates’ addressed to the Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Kolkata Zone dated 15.05.2019 wherein it was mentioned that in compliance with the order dated 06th May, 2009 passed by this Tribunal, the Bank Guarantee for

Rs. 10 Lacs has been filed. The date of this Bank Guarantee is from 13.05.2019 and the validity of the same will remain till 14.05.2020. Copy of the letter is annexed with the letter of Axis Bank Limited. The same is taken on record. Copy of the letter and the enclosures has been served on the other side.
It is submitted by both the parties that the pleadings are complete and the matters are ready for arguments. The legal consultant appearing for the ED has agreed to file written synopsis by the next date of hearing. Let the same be filed with an advance copy to be served on the other side.
