Learned counsel for the appellant stated that the case is yet to come up for final hearing in the Bombay High Court and hence a long date may be given. He also submitted copies of pre-deposit which was also given to the counsel for the respondent in the court. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to verify all these before the next date of hearing. The learned counsel for the appellant was directed to file the written synopsis of the entire case as it is a very old matter and also serve a copy of the same on the respondent before the next date of hearing. There is no stay of the High Court in FPA-FE-644/MUM/2005 & FPA-FE-645/MUM/2005
