It is submitted by him that even though the order was passed by Hon’ble Chairman while sitting in Single Bench on 10^th January, 2019 to list the appeal no. 76/2011, the same has not been listed. Even on 15^th April, 2019 the registry was directed to do the needful. But the same has not been complied. The same be complied without fail. The registry to see that the aforesaid appeal is listed alongwith the present appeal as the same are arisen out of the same order and the present appellant was the employee of Allahabad Bank which is the appellant in other appeal.
