The learned counsel for the appellant has sought another month’s time to pre-deposit on humanitarian grounds as the appellant’s son has been deceased recently. The counsel for the respondent objects to the same as a lot of leniency has already been shown to them. I am inclined to give one-month time to pre-deposit the amount as per order dated 20.11.2018 on humanitarian grounds.
