The learned counsel for the appellant stated that he is filing an application in the Registry today on the question of jurisdiction of the Single Member. The learned counsel for the respondent states that since the High Court has not stayed the pre-deposit order, they have to first pre-deposit and then the jurisdiction issue which is an issue of law can be taken up.
