Learned counsel for the appellants is present. Mr. Kaushlesh Pandey, legal consultant appearing for Mrs. Aagam Kaur, legal consultant for the respondent is also present. The learned counsel for the appellants has filed the copy of the application for modification of the order dated 09.07.2019 passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3584/2010. The said application has been filed before the Hon’ble

Supreme Court vide Diary No.44755/2019 filed on 11.12.2019 to provide additional time of three months for disposal of the appeals pending before this Tribunal on the ground stated in the application.
The legal consultant appearing for the respondent is also seeking time on the ground that main legal consultant Mrs. Aagam Kaur, who is entrusted with the case, is suffering from viral fever and it is also submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that he has received an SMS from Mrs. Aagam Kaur in this regard.
The matter is heard for some time. Learned counsels for both the parties are seeking adjournment till 07.01.2020. The same is considered and allowed as a last chance.
The appeals will be heard in any circumstances on merits on the same date.
