The learned counsel for the appellant has read out the prayer from the SLP which has been filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by them in the open court today where the issue of maintainability of revision petitions has been raised.
Hon’ble Supreme Court has issued notice in the said case. In such a situation it is not desirable that this Bench dispose off the matter without awaiting the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
These matters may be listed for hearing as and when the case is decided by the Supreme Court, for which a suitable application will be made by either of the parties.
