Chart has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants. But there are certain facts which are missing like who were the original parties before the adjudicating authority, the date of their expiry if any, and who would be the legal heir along with the abatement application numbers and the date when they have been filed in the Tribunal for substitution. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks three weeks time and also requests that the counsel for the respondent may also assist them.

Counsel for the respondent are requested to sit with the appellant’s counsel and sought this matter out so that all these applications for abatement could be taken up for hearing on the next date of hearing. Three weeks time is given to the appellant to file a fresh chart along with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent who is given liberty to submit their replies within the next two weeks thereafter.
