The ld. counsel for the respondent seeks some more time to file the replies, although, they were given two weeks time to file the replies on 28^th September, 2018.

The learned counsel for the appellant states that they have been served eviction notices vide letter dated 13^th September, 2018 for 90 properties covering all the appeals listed (as above). Subsequent to that in many of the properties attachment has already been done, although he does not produce any proof to that effect or the exact number where actual attachment has been done. Counsel for the appellant vehemently opposes the same stating that no such attachment has taken place lately.

One week‟s time is granted to the respondent to file the reply with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant. The counsel for the appellant is also directed to file all the necessary documents/proof etc. showing the physical attachment of the properties in question with details
