The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the English translation of the documents in Kannada language has already been filed. He also submits that he will not rely upon any document which is in Kannada Language. The counsel for the appellant has filed the application before the special court where the arguments already been filed and the matter is to be heard on 30.01.2018 by the Karnataka High Court.
