The learned counsel for the respondent stated that costs have been levied by the Tribunal in some of the appeals and in most of those, the costs have not been paid. He was directed to prepare a chart appeal wise, alongwith the cost levied, details of the Tribunal’s order vide which the same was levied and the present status of the payment of their costs and submit within two weeks.
In the meantime, notice be issued to all the appellants above.
