In few of the matters reply has not been filed by the respondent.

In appeal no. FPA-PMLA806&807/MUM/2015, the learned counsel have challenged the proceedings u/s 5(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act-2002 before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Harayana at Chandigarh and also to set aside the order dt. 28^th December, 2014.

The counsel for the appellant has stated that the proceedings for these two appeals have been stayed till the next date of hearing by the Hon’ble High Court. The said appeals are listed on 18^th April, 2018.

Under these circumstances, the said two appeals as well as other connected appeals are listed on 9^th August, 2018.

In the meantime, respondent is allowed to file the reply in pending appeals in which reply have not been filed within six weeks from today. Liberty is also granted to the appellants to file the rejoinder since the reply is received.
