On 28th November, 2017 the appeal was allowed. The judgement was passed in favour of the appellant. The directions was passed to release the immovable and moveable properties forthwith, the details of the same are mentioned in Para 4 of the Application No. MP-PMLA4183/HYD/2012.
Admittedly the said order was not complied with by the respondent, therefore, the appellant has filed the present application for execution of the Order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has informed that the Order dated 28.11.2017 has been challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, but the said appeal is yet to be listed. This matter was adjourned from time to time. As of today there is no stay of impugned order.

Under these circumstances, I have no option to pass an order directing the respondent to comply the Order dated 28.11.2017 within
the period of two weeks from today.
MP is accordingly disposed of.
