Fresh appeal has been mentioned by the learned counsel for the appellant in view of the notice issued under Section 8(4) of the Act. The impugned order in the above said appeal was passed on 03^rd December, 2018. Notice under Section 8(4) was issued on 10^th December, 2018. Since 10 days are expiring on 20^th December, 2018. Therefore, the urgent appeal has been mentioned. Learned counsel for the appellant has also mentioned order dated 18^th October, 2018 where the interim order was passed by this court in FPA-PMLA-2620/2018 & FPA-PMLA-2621/2018. The said interim order is continued. Next date of hearing in the said appeals are listed on 06^th FPA-PMLA-2748/DLI/2018 Page 1 of 2

March, 2019. Counsel for the appellant states that when order dated 16^th September, 2018 was passed which are the subject matter of the above mentioned two appeals of the material were available with the respondent. He states that no prejudice would be caused if the status quo order is passed till the next date of hearing i.e. 06^th March, 2019 and all the appeals may be taken up together for hearing. Counsel for the respondent is opposing the request. We have heard both parties for some time. The prayer of learned counsel for the appellant who is seeking the interim order has been considered.

Appeal is taken on record. Issue notice. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter. Till the next date of hearing, no coercive action shall be taken by the respondent in view of the notice issued on 10^th December, 2018.
